1. The seller
SHOMANHAUS is the brand under which the following company sells golf ball sets through shomanhaus.ae and shomanhaus.com:

2. Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to every order placed on our website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
3. Products
Each set contains three printed golf balls in a presentation box, unless the product page states otherwise. Product images are visualisations; colours and printed details may vary slightly between screens and between individual balls. Editions are produced in limited quantities and are sold while stock lasts.
Our designs
All designs are original artwork created by or for SHOMANHAUS. They draw on general themes and motifs — such as landscapes, cities, animals, seasons, holidays and sport — that are common to many cultures and works. Any resemblance to a particular film, book, character, event, tournament, venue, brand or person is unintended. Names of places are used only to describe the inspiration for a design. SHOMANHAUS is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any third party, unless this is expressly stated on the product page.
All artwork, photographs and texts on the website belong to SHOMANHAUS. Buying a set transfers ownership of the physical goods only, not the right to copy or reproduce the designs.
If you believe that a design or any content on our website infringes your rights, please write to info@shomanhaus.ae with details of the work and your rights. We will review every notice promptly and, where justified, remove or change the content.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown per set. Customers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman are charged in UAE dirhams (AED); customers in all other countries are charged in US dollars (USD). The country is determined by the shipping address. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees, which are outside our control.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are not included and are payable by the recipient (see the Shipping Policy).
5. Payment
We accept payment by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Payment is taken when you place the order. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure systems; we do not see or store your full card number.
6. Your order
After you place an order you will receive an email confirming the items, price, delivery charge and shipping address. We may cancel an order and refund the full amount paid if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in obvious error, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if the order would breach applicable sanctions or export rules.
7. Delivery
Delivery destinations, charges and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns, cancellations and faulty goods
You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. Returns, refunds and faulty or damaged items are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Sanctions
We do not sell or ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or any destination or person subject to sanctions that apply to us or to our payment and delivery partners.
11. Law, complaints and disputes
Please send any complaint to info@shomanhaus.ae with your order number. We reply during our customer service hours, 9:00–18:00 Dubai time. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Dubai. You may also contact the consumer protection authorities in the UAE.
12. Changes and language
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are provided in English and Arabic. In case of any difference, the Arabic version prevails to the extent required by UAE law.

- البائع غير مسجل حالياً لضريبة القيمة المضافة في الإمارات، ولا تُفرض ضريبة القيمة المضافة على الطلبات.
٢. النطاق والأهلية
تسري هذه الشروط على جميع الطلبات المقدمة عبر موقعنا. بتقديم الطلب تؤكد أن عمرك ١٨ عاماً على الأقل وأنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الشحن وسياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ وسياسة الخصوصية. لا تحد هذه الشروط من أي حقوق مقررة لك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية.
٣. المنتجات
يحتوي كل طقم على ثلاث كرات غولف مطبوعة داخل علبة عرض، ما لم تذكر صفحة المنتج خلاف ذلك. صور المنتجات تصورية، وقد تختلف الألوان والتفاصيل المطبوعة اختلافاً طفيفاً بين الشاشات وبين الكرات. تُنتج الإصدارات بكميات محدودة وتُباع حتى نفاد الكمية.
تصاميمنا
جميع التصاميم أعمال فنية أصلية أُنشئت بواسطة شومانهاوس أو لصالحها، وتستلهم موضوعات وعناصر عامة — مثل المناظر الطبيعية والمدن والحيوانات والفصول والمناسبات والرياضة — شائعة في ثقافات وأعمال كثيرة. أي تشابه مع فيلم أو كتاب أو شخصية أو فعالية أو بطولة أو موقع أو علامة تجارية أو شخص بعينه غير مقصود. تُستخدم أسماء الأماكن لوصف مصدر إلهام التصميم فقط. شومانهاوس غير تابعة لأي طرف ثالث ولا تحظى برعايته أو تأييده، ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحة في صفحة المنتج.
جميع الرسومات والصور والنصوص على الموقع مملوكة لشومانهاوس. ولا ينقل شراء الطقم سوى ملكية المنتج المادي، دون الحق في نسخ التصاميم أو إعادة إنتاجها.
إذا كنت تعتقد أن تصميماً أو أي محتوى على موقعنا يمس حقوقك، يرجى مراسلتنا على info@shomanhaus.ae مع تفاصيل العمل وحقوقك. سندرس كل إشعار على وجه السرعة، ونزيل المحتوى أو نعدله متى كان ذلك مبرراً.
٤. الأسعار والعملة
الأسعار المعروضة لكل طقم. يُحاسب العملاء في الإمارات والسعودية وقطر والكويت والبحرين وعُمان بالدرهم الإماراتي، ويُحاسب العملاء في سائر الدول بالدولار الأمريكي، ويُحدد البلد وفق عنوان الشحن. قد يطبق مصرفك سعر صرف أو رسوماً خاصة به خارج نطاق سيطرتنا.
تُعرض رسوم التوصيل عند إتمام الطلب قبل الدفع. لا تشمل الأسعار رسوم الاستيراد والضرائب والرسوم الجمركية في بلد الوجهة، ويتحملها المستلم (راجع سياسة الشحن).
٥. الدفع
نقبل الدفع بالبطاقات وApple Pay وGoogle Pay عبر Stripe، ويتم الخصم عند تقديم الطلب. تُدخل بيانات البطاقة على أنظمة Stripe الآمنة، ولا نطلع على رقم البطاقة الكامل ولا نحتفظ به.
٦. طلبك
بعد تقديم الطلب ستتلقى رسالة بريد إلكتروني تؤكد المنتجات والسعر ورسوم التوصيل وعنوان الشحن. يجوز لنا إلغاء الطلب ورد المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً إذا نفد المنتج، أو عُرض السعر بخطأ واضح، أو تعذر التوصيل إلى العنوان المذكور، أو كان الطلب يخالف العقوبات أو قواعد التصدير المعمول بها.
٧. التوصيل
توضح سياسة الشحن وجهات التوصيل والرسوم والمدد التقديرية. تنتقل مخاطر المنتج إليك عند التسليم.
٨. الإلغاء والإرجاع والمنتجات المعيبة
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب مجاناً قبل شحنه بمراسلتنا مع رقم الطلب. تنظم سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبالغ حالات الإرجاع والاسترداد والمنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة.
٩. المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي طلب على المبلغ المدفوع عنه، ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية. لا يحد ذلك من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها قانوناً.
١٠. العقوبات
لا نبيع ولا نشحن إلى كوبا أو إيران أو كوريا الشمالية أو سوريا، أو إلى أي وجهة أو شخص يخضع لعقوبات تسري علينا أو على شركاء الدفع والتوصيل.
١١. القانون والشكاوى والمنازعات
يرجى إرسال أي شكوى إلى info@shomanhaus.ae مع رقم الطلب، ونرد خلال ساعات خدمة العملاء من ٩:٠٠ إلى ١٨:٠٠ بتوقيت دبي. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبق في إمارة دبي، ويجوز عرض المنازعات على محاكم دبي المختصة. ويمكنك أيضاً التواصل مع جهات حماية المستهلك في الدولة.
١٢. التعديلات واللغة
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط، وتسري على كل طلب النسخة المنشورة وقت تقديمه. تُقدم هذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وفي حال وجود اختلاف تسود النسخة العربية في الحدود التي يقتضيها القانون الإماراتي.
