1. Who we are
The SHOMANHAUS websites (shomanhaus.ae and shomanhaus.com) are operated by SHOMAN HOUSE – FZCO, trade licence No. 24812 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for your personal data as described here. Contact: info@shomanhaus.ae.
We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable law.
2. What we collect and why
- Orders
- Name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, items ordered and payment status — to process, deliver and support your order and to keep accounting records.
- Payments
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as card type and last four digits); we never receive your full card number.
- Enquiries
- Name, email and message sent through the contact form or by email or WhatsApp — to answer you.
- Account
- If you create an account: login details, saved addresses and order history.
- Website use
- IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and cookies — to run the shopping cart, keep the site secure and understand which pages and sources bring visitors to the shop.
We process this data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in running and protecting the shop, or with your consent where consent is required.
3. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout, login and security, and WooCommerce cookies that record how you arrived at the site (for example a search engine or a link). We do not currently use advertising cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may then not work.
4. Who we share data with
- Stripe
- payment processing and fraud prevention
- Emirates Post
- delivery of your order; for international parcels, customs authorities also receive the details on the customs declaration
- Hostinger
- hosting of the website and our email
- Google Fonts and UNPKG
- delivery of fonts and website code, which involves your IP address
We may also disclose data to professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards and lawful grounds permitted by UAE law.
5. How long we keep data
Order and invoice records are kept for at least five years to meet accounting and legal requirements. Enquiries are kept for up to two years after the last contact. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security.
6. Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@shomanhaus.ae; we may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.
7. Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe. Order and service emails are not marketing.
8. Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections to our website. We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.

نعالج البيانات الشخصية وفقاً للمرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٤٥ لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية وغيره من القوانين المعمول بها.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها والغرض منها
- الطلبات
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والهاتف وعنوان الفوترة والشحن والمنتجات المطلوبة وحالة الدفع، لمعالجة طلبك وتوصيله ودعمه والاحتفاظ بالسجلات المحاسبية.
- المدفوعات
- تتولى Stripe معالجة الدفع بالبطاقات. نتلقى تأكيد الدفع وبيانات محدودة عن البطاقة (مثل نوعها وآخر أربعة أرقام)، ولا نتلقى رقم البطاقة الكامل أبداً.
- الاستفسارات
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والرسالة المرسلة عبر نموذج التواصل أو البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب، للرد عليك.
- الحساب
- عند إنشاء حساب: بيانات الدخول والعناوين المحفوظة وسجل الطلبات.
- استخدام الموقع
- عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح والجهاز والصفحات التي تزورها وملفات تعريف الارتباط، لتشغيل سلة التسوق وحماية الموقع ومعرفة الصفحات والمصادر التي تجلب الزوار إلى المتجر.
نعالج هذه البيانات لتنفيذ العقد معك، أو للوفاء بالتزامات قانونية، أو لمصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل المتجر وحمايته، أو بموافقتك حيثما تكون الموافقة مطلوبة.
٣. ملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط اللازمة للسلة وإتمام الطلب وتسجيل الدخول والأمان، وملفات WooCommerce التي تسجل طريقة وصولك إلى الموقع (مثل محرك بحث أو رابط). لا نستخدم حالياً ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية. يمكنك حذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو حظرها من متصفحك، لكن قد لا تعمل السلة وإتمام الطلب عندئذٍ.
٤. الجهات التي نشارك البيانات معها
- Stripe
- معالجة المدفوعات ومنع الاحتيال
- بريد الإمارات
- توصيل طلبك، وفي الشحنات الدولية تتلقى الجهات الجمركية أيضاً بيانات البيان الجمركي
- Hostinger
- استضافة الموقع وبريدنا الإلكتروني
- Google Fonts وUNPKG
- تحميل الخطوط وشيفرة الموقع، وهو ما يتضمن عنوان IP الخاص بك
وقد نفصح عن البيانات للمستشارين المهنيين أو الجهات المختصة حيث يوجب القانون ذلك. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
يعالج بعض هؤلاء المزودين البيانات خارج الدولة، وفي هذه الحالة نعتمد على الضمانات والأسس المشروعة التي يجيزها القانون الإماراتي.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير خمس سنوات على الأقل للوفاء بالمتطلبات المحاسبية والقانونية، وبالاستفسارات لمدة تصل إلى سنتين بعد آخر تواصل، وببيانات الحساب حتى تطلب حذفه، وبالسجلات التقنية لفترة قصيرة لأغراض الأمان.
٦. حقوقك
مع مراعاة القانون، يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها أو حذفها، وتقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها، والحصول على بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للنقل، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. راسلنا على info@shomanhaus.ae، وقد نطلب منك تأكيد هويتك. ويمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى مكتب الإمارات للبيانات.
٧. التسويق
لا نرسل رسائل تسويقية إلا إذا وافقت على تلقيها، وتتضمن كل رسالة طريقة لإلغاء الاشتراك. رسائل الطلبات والخدمة ليست رسائل تسويقية.
٨. القاصرون
متجرنا موجه للبالغين، ولا نجمع عن علم بيانات أي شخص دون ١٨ عاماً.
٩. الأمان والتعديلات
نتخذ تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك الاتصال المشفر بموقعنا. وسننشر أي تعديل على هذه السياسة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ جديد.
